A professional video artist and photographer based in London, Giuliano's work focuses
on the reflection of reality and fiction as elements that build, confuse and fuse our
everyday life. In Camara Oscura, nevertheless, Giuliano turns his eyes to geographically
isolated realities, inviting us to see and discover a world apart from our modern city
life. In this case he brings the fiction to Nabusimake, through the photographic practice
and the projection of cinema in the mountains, allowing it to coexist for 6 days with the
reality of the people of the village.
Born in Bogota, Colombia, Guiliano has been living in Europe's main cities since he was
17, but in spite of the distance he's always had strong bonds with his country.
